Large Party RESERVATIONS

Parties of 7 - 14

Parties of 7 - 14 guests require a deposit of $15 per person.

The deposit is assessed to the final bill for the table.

Parties of 15 - 50

Parties of 15 - 50 guests require a

Family Style Fixed Price Menu and a deposit of $25 per person.

The reserving guest will determine which selections are featured on the fixed price menu.

 The deposit is assessed to the final bill for the table.

Please note, we do not split checks.

Family Style Fixed Price Menus include:

selections of entrees & sides, cornbread, coffee, tea and select soft beverages.

Guests can also include appetizers with our $65/person option.

All pricing excludes NJ State Tax & 20% gratuity.

Thank you for choosing Delta's Restaurant. We are delighted to host large parties and appreciate your patronage! Please read these terms and conditions, in full, and contact us with any questions or concerns at info@deltasrestaurants.com.

 

DEPOSITS

Delta’s Restaurant requires a deposit of $15/person to confirm reservations for parties of 7-14 or a deposit of $25/person for parties of 15 and larger. This required deposit is assessed to the final bill assuming no breach in the terms and conditions detailed below. Reservations are not locked in or confirmed until receipt of paid deposits are received. Submitting an inquiry for a large party via Delta’s website is not considered reserving for the party.  

 

MENUS

Parties of 7-14 are offered the restaurants a la carte menus but may opt for one of our Family Style Prix Fixe menus upon request. Parties of 15 and larger are required to have a Family Style Prix Fixe menu. The reserving guests will select the items featured on this menu. All selections must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Submissions made the day of may be subject to item availability.

 

ENTERTAINMENT FEE

During band performances and select DJ sets, we reserve the right to implement an entertainment fee of $8/person for all guests ages 21 and up. This fee will help us support our talented musicians and continue to enhance the guests' experience.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO PARTY SIZE

We require 48 hours notice for any modifications to party size. In the event you have a same-day modification, please call us at your soonest convenience and we will happily assist you. Same day modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

 

Parties that increase in party size without proper notification may result in additional guests being added to the waitlist and seated in another dining area. Parties that decrease party size without proper notification, may accrue a charge of up to $25/person. Unforeseeable circumstances will be considered at management’s discretion.

 Families with children are welcome; we kindly ask that children remain seated and supervised throughout your visit.

 

TABLE TIMES & PUNCTUALITY

Seating time for parties of 7-14 is 2 hours. Seating time for parties of 15 and more is 2.5 hours.

 

There is a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. Guests arriving beyond the grace period will be subject to the waitlist and deposits may be forfeited.

 

In the event of a no-call, no-show, all deposits are forfeited. If for any reason, guests need to cancel their reservation, we require 48 hours notice. Cancellations less than 48 hours may result in a forfeit of the deposit. For same day cancellations, we ask that you call us at your soonest convenience. Unforeseeable circumstances will be considered at management’s discretion. 

 

PARKING

Metered/street parking is limited in our neighborhood. We suggest taking advantage of Open Door Valet Service. 

 

The City of New Brunswick contracts Open Door Valet for many of the restaurants in the area. Open Door Valet is a third party service provider and is not affiliated with Delta’s contractually. We suggest taking advantage of this service as the most convenient means of parking. Valet is $15 Tuesday - Thursday and $20 Friday - Sunday. Delta’s Restaurant is not responsible for valet pricing or availability.

 

Guests may also use the parking decks in the area located at the Hyatt Hotel (201 Neilson St.) or Church Street Parking Deck (90 Church St). Pricing varies. Both parking decks are a brief walk to the restaurant. Delta’s Restaurant does not validate parking at this time. 

 

PAYMENTS

Delta’s Restaurant does not split checks. We will present one check for the table. We can take up to 4 methods of payment per party. The methods of payment can be a combination of cash and credit cards.

 

Guests wishing to keep alcohol and/or to-go orders separate from the table check are encouraged to provide their server with a credit card. We do not recommend guests going to the bar for cocktails during service as this may create delays and errors in service.

 

DRESS  CODE

To maintain an elegant ambiance for our guests, athletic attire, sweatpants, baseball caps, clothing featuring offensive language/graphics, and exposed undergarments are prohibited. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our dress code guidelines.

 

DESSERT FEE

Delta’s Restaurants offers a dessert menu. In addition, the restaurant offers a complimentary dessert for those celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. Guests are permitted to bring their own desserts if desired. For this instance, a $25 dessert fee will be assessed to the final bill. 

 

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

 Weekend reservations slots fill up quickly. We advise guests to plan at least two weeks in advance for Friday - Sunday reservations.

 

Large parties are generally seated in two dining areas: Front Room and Loft. Our Front Room (located downstairs) accommodates 10 - 12 guests. Our Loft area (located upstairs) accommodates up to 50 guests. Please indicate any accessibility requirements or accommodations you may need for your reservation. We are committed to ensuring equal access for all guests. Providing us with accessibility notes will help ensure that the proper arrangements to accommodate those needs are in place.

 

DECOR

Centerpieces, flowers, balloons, and special table coverings are welcomed. Decor that may require nailing, tacking and/or taping to our walls or furniture is prohibited. If furniture needs to be moved at any point during the event, a Delta's personnel must assist. Please, no glitter, pinatas, sparklers, confetti, paints, or magic markers may be used for decorating. An additional $100.00 clean-up fee will be applied to your final bill for breach of contract.
