Same kitchen philosophy that built our name in New Brunswick, reimagined for a new room: slow-cooked Southern classics, a cocktail list that doesn't rush, and a dining room built for people who like their nights a little loud.
A room built for Newark nights
We didn't want to ship a copy of New Brunswick up the turnpike. The Newark room takes the same warmth, low light, brass fixtures, a bar you can actually talk over, and gives it more room to breathe, with a layout built around the crowd that comes out after the shows let out downtown.
Expect the dishes that built the original menu, braised short rib, shrimp and grits, the cornbread people ask us to ship alongside a few plates we're introducing here first.
